Welcome to pkg.bio, a biolink service designed for content creators and digital professionals. By accessing or using pkg.bio, cdn.pkg.bio, or any related services ("Service"), you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use pkg for any of the following:

• Malicious or harmful activities, including but not limited to phishing, spamming, or the distribution of malware.
• Hosting or linking to illegal content, such as but not limited to:
  • Pirated materials
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Any other content prohibited by applicable law
• Distribution of restricted or unlicensed content. By uploading content to our CDN (cdn.pkg.bio), you verify that you have the legal right and authority to distribute and upload that content.

2. Account Limitations

Each user may maintain only one account. If you operate or create multiple accounts, we reserve the right to ban or terminate your access to pkg without notice.

3. CDN Usage Policy

The cdn.pkg.bio service is strictly intended for hosting profile-related content (currently profile pictures only).

Abuse of the CDN, including using it for file hosting, embedding third-party media, or unauthorized storage, is prohibited and may result in termination of service.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we determine—at our sole discretion—that you have violated these Terms.

Termination decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

5. Legal Rights & Uploads

By using pkg's CDN or uploading any media, you confirm that:

• You own or have licensed the rights to the content.
• You authorize pkg to store and deliver that content via its services.

6. Impersonation

Impersonating another individual or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organization, is strictly prohibited. If we determine that you are impersonating someone else, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice.

7. Content Takedown Requests

If you believe that a profile or content hosted on pkg.bio infringes your rights or violates these Terms, you may submit a takedown request by contacting help@pkg.bio with:

• A clear identification of the content/profile in question, including URLs or user IDs.
• A detailed explanation of the infringement or violation.
• Your contact information and proof of authority to request the takedown (if applicable).

We will review all requests promptly and take appropriate action as required by law and our policies.

8. User Responsibility & Enforcement

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity, remove content, or take other enforcement actions to maintain a safe and lawful community. We may cooperate with law enforcement or other authorities as required by law.
